In order to participate in the conference (either authors or other participants), the registration fees should be paid.

If you wish to withdraw your registration prior to 6 Sep 2015, refunds are applicable subject to a 25% of registration fee charge. Registration fees are not refundable after 7 Sep 2015.

Participants whom are registering as students must provide a both side scan of their student ID cards and send it in JPEG format  to the conference email address.
